In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "777xr" / "We" / "Us" / "Our" refers to the operating entity behind the 777xr platform, holding the applicable international gaming license under which the platform operates.
• "Platform" means the 777xr website accessible at 777xr.net, together with all associated mobile interfaces, software, applications, games, and services made available to registered players.
• "Player" / "You" / "Your" refers to any individual who has registered an account on the 777xr platform and is subject to these Terms & Conditions.
• "Account" means the individual registered account held by a Player on the 777xr platform, denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, comprising real-money funds and, where applicable, bonus funds, each treated separately.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins equivalents, or matched deposit bonuses credited to a Player's Account subject to wagering requirements as specified at the time of the relevant offer.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount a Player must wager using Bonus Funds before those funds become eligible for withdrawal, as stated in the applicable promotion terms.
• "Transaction" means any deposit, withdrawal, bet placement, or bonus credit processed through a Player's Account.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and verification procedures 777xr applies in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering obligations.

These Terms & Conditions, together with the 777xr Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy (each incorporated herein by reference), constitute the entire agreement between you and 777xr governing your use of the Platform.

By completing the registration process and creating an Account on 777xr, you unconditionally accept all terms set out in this document. Acceptance is also deemed to have occurred upon any login to an existing Account, any deposit of funds, any placement of a wager, or any claiming of a bonus or promotion offered by 777xr.

777xr reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Platform following publication of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Players are encouraged to review this document periodically. Where amendments are material, 777xr will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via the Platform or registered email address.

3.1 Age Requirement

The 777xr platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. It is a criminal offence in many jurisdictions for persons under the applicable legal age to participate in gambling activities. 777xr takes age verification seriously and will not permit any real-money activity on an Account until satisfactory proof of age has been submitted and verified.

3.2 Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on 777xr, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during which you maintain an Account;
• Be legally capable of entering into binding contracts under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction;
• Not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which accessing online gambling services is prohibited by law;
• Not be a current employee, contractor, officer, director, agent, or close family member of any employee of 777xr or any of its affiliated entities;
• Not be subject to any self-exclusion order — whether imposed by 777xr or by any external responsible gambling body — at the time of registration or at any subsequent point.

3.3 Registration Process

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact email address. You warrant that all information provided to 777xr is truthful and that you will promptly update your Account details if any information changes.

Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account closure, forfeiture of any balance, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable.

3.4 One Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one active Account on 777xr at any time. Maintaining multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, 777xr reserves the right to close all associated Accounts and forfeit any bonuses or winnings derived from such Accounts.

4.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 777xr login credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your login details to any third party under any circumstances. 777xr will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.

You must notify 777xr immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, or if you believe your login credentials have been compromised. 777xr shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised Account access where such access was facilitated by your failure to adequately protect your credentials.

4.2 KYC Verification

777xr is obligated to verify the identity of all Account holders in accordance with its international gaming license obligations and applicable anti-money laundering standards. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents at any time:

• A government-issued photo identity document (National Identity Card (CNIC), passport, or driving licence);
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within three months);
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot or statement confirming JazzCash / EasyPaisa account or bank account details match registered Account information).

777xr reserves the right to suspend or restrict Account activity — including processing withdrawal requests — until satisfactory KYC documentation has been received and verified. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable period may result in Account closure.

4.3 Account Dormancy

An Account is considered dormant if it has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. Dormant Accounts may be subject to an administrative maintenance fee as notified by 777xr from time to time. Players will be notified prior to any fee being applied. Any remaining balance following deduction of applicable fees will remain accessible upon Account reactivation.

5.1 Deposits

All deposits made to a 777xr Account are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 777xr supports deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast, and Visa/Mastercard. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per payment method and are displayed in the cashier section of your Account at the time of transaction.

Deposits are credited to your Account balance upon successful confirmation from the relevant payment provider. JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are typically credited within seconds. Bank transfer processing times may vary based on the issuing institution. 777xr is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

You may only deposit funds using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Any funds deposited from a payment method not belonging to the registered Account holder may be reversed, and the Account may be suspended pending investigation.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to availability and technical compatibility. 777xr reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal request. Withdrawal requests submitted before full KYC verification has been completed will be held pending until verification is satisfied.

777xr does not charge platform-side fees on standard withdrawal transactions. However, your payment provider may apply their own transfer charges, which are outside 777xr's control. Processing times vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier section of your Account.

5.3 Currency

All Account balances, transactions, wagers, and winnings on 777xr are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion fees are applied by 777xr on PKR-denominated transactions. Players using internationally issued Visa/Mastercard products may be subject to conversion fees applied by their card issuer, which are not the responsibility of 777xr.

From time to time, 777xr offers bonuses, promotional credits, free spins, cashback offers, and other incentives to eligible Players. All such offers are subject to the specific promotion terms published at the time of the offer, which are incorporated into and form part of these Terms & Conditions.

6.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds credited to a Player's Account are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds (for sports betting bonuses), and expiry period are stated in the individual promotion terms. Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from Bonus Funds may not be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied in full.

6.2 Bonus Abuse

777xr employs monitoring systems to detect patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple Accounts to claim the same offer, placing offsetting bets to minimise risk while meeting wagering requirements ("bonus hedging"), exploiting errors or loopholes in offer mechanics, and coordinating with other players to extract value from promotional offers. Any Account found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have Bonus Funds and associated winnings forfeited, and the Account may be permanently closed.

6.3 Offer Availability

777xr reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or extend any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to obligations already incurred to eligible Players. Offers may be restricted by geography, payment method, or game category as stated in the relevant promotion terms. 777xr's determination of whether a Player has met the conditions of any offer is final.

All bets placed on the 777xr platform — whether on casino games, sports markets (including PSL and international cricket), live dealer tables, relax fishing, e-sports, or any other available product — are subject to the specific rules governing that product category, as published on the Platform. In the event of any conflict between product-specific rules and these Terms, the product-specific rules shall prevail.

7.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet is not accepted until it has been confirmed by the 777xr system and a confirmation reference has been issued to the Player. 777xr reserves the right to decline, void, or limit any bet at its sole discretion, including where: the Player's Account has insufficient verified funds; the bet exceeds applicable single-transaction limits; technical errors affect the bet placement process; or where 777xr has reasonable grounds to suspect irregular betting activity.

7.2 Errors & Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or manifest error in odds or game outcomes, 777xr reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to Players. Winnings arising from manifest errors — including clearly incorrect odds, game display errors, or data feed failures — will not be paid and affected transactions will be reversed. 777xr's decision on matters of technical malfunction is final.

7.3 Disconnection Policy

777xr makes reasonable efforts to maintain continuous Platform availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Where a Player's connection is interrupted mid-game or mid-wager, the Platform will record and apply the outcome as determined by the game server at the point of disconnection. 777xr is not responsible for financial loss caused by internet connectivity issues on the Player's end.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 777xr platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all Account balances, and where appropriate, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering an Account if you are under 21 years of age or are a person excluded from gambling under any applicable self-exclusion arrangement;
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point;
• Maintaining more than one Account on the Platform, whether under the same or different identity details;
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any non-human means to interact with the Platform;
• Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities, software errors, or game malfunctions to gain an unfair advantage;
• Colluding with other players to fix outcomes in live poker, sports betting, or any other competitive game format available on the Platform;
• Engaging in any activity that constitutes money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity through your 777xr Account;
• Reverse engineering, copying, reproducing, or redistributing any part of the Platform, its games, software, or proprietary content;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 777xr staff or other Players through any Platform communication channel.

All content on the 777xr Platform — including but not limited to the 777xr name, logo, design, graphics, game assets, software, source code, text, promotional materials, and interface elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of 777xr or its licensed third-party content providers and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

No Player or third party is granted any right, licence, or interest in any 777xr intellectual property by virtue of registering an Account or using the Platform. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, or create derivative works from any 777xr content without express prior written consent from 777xr.

777xr collects, processes, stores, and protects personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

777xr will not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for commercial purposes. Data may be shared with regulated third-party service providers (including payment processors, KYC verification services, and fraud detection providers) strictly for the purpose of operating the Platform and complying with legal obligations. 777xr is committed to promoting responsible gambling and maintaining a safe gaming environment for all Players. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment and should never be treated as a means of generating income or resolving financial difficulties.

All registered Players have access to the following responsible gaming tools at any time through their Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts to control your spending;
• Session Time Reminders: Configure automatic notifications to alert you when you have been active on the Platform for a specified period;
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your Account for a defined period (24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days) without permanent closure;

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 777xr, its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings or profits; loss of data; loss of goodwill; service interruptions; or computer damage or system failure.

777xr's total cumulative liability to any individual Player arising from any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

777xr makes no warranty that the Platform will be available continuously, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 777xr does not warrant the accuracy or completeness of any information provided on the Platform.

777xr reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at any time, with or without prior notice, at its sole discretion. Grounds for termination include but are not limited to: breach of these Terms; provision of false registration information; suspected fraud or money laundering; prolonged Account inactivity; or receipt of a valid legal or regulatory instruction requiring Account closure.

Upon Account closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in the Account (net of any amounts subject to investigation, forfeiture, or legal hold) will be returned to the Player via the most recent verified payment method within a reasonable period.

A Player may close their Account voluntarily at any time by contacting 777xr support at [email protected]. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Players who wish to close their Account for responsible gaming reasons should clearly indicate this in their request so that appropriate self-exclusion procedures can be applied.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 777xr holds its international gaming license. Any dispute arising between a Player and 777xr that cannot be resolved through the standard complaints process shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the licensing jurisdiction.
